I have always felt the urge to create since my middle school years and never looked back. Whether it was playing and singing in front of thousands, helping friends with music projects, or learning a new instrument; music has always come naturally. I love to craft new music, share stories and make friends along the way. I received my music degree from the University of Missouri in 2012 in vocal performance. I look forward to helping you find your voice whether it’s quiet or loud; proud or shy.

I am a singer and songwriter from indie folk band, The January Lanterns. I am starting an advocacy program called, “Flip the Script” which is an immersive program that empowers women to be at the forefront of their music curation and story. I will use my MA in Curriculum and Instruction, my personal experience in recording and music business, and my passion for stories woven into music to shape the program’s philosophy. I want to create a cultural shift within the male-dominated music industry. I passionately believe that women should have a safe space to gain the knowledge, ability, and skills to write their own stories, turn the knobs in the studio, and make the final decisions for their music.
RATES
Hourly Rate - $50/hr (minimum of 2 hours)
This is our basic rate for coming to the studio to capture sound. Anything from a voiceover to making a demo track to recording clean and quiet vocals. This is also a good option for people dipping their toes in the recording world.
Custom Tracks For Your Song - $150/song
This is probably my favorite thing to offer. I frequently get asked to send friends and artists backing tracks to their song to fill out the soundscape they are going for. I can cover pretty much any genre. Generally, I will send what I was originally asked for and a few more things that I am hearing in the song if the artist/band are open to that. Instruments/tracks could include guitars, synths, upright piano, upright/electric bass, banjo, mandolin, background vocals, orchestral programming, and textural layers. You are obviously free to choose what you want to keep in the song.

This package includes in-house engineering, production/instrumentation, and mixing. Package includes mix stems and instrumental mix as well. If you are wanting to work on more than one song, please fill out the form HERE to get an adjusted price per song.
Mixing - $100/song
Includes standard mix with acapella and instrumental mix if applicable. Up to 3 revisions if necessary. $15 per additional mix revision. - Note: mixing is already included in the “Let’s Make A Single” package.
Mastering - $50/song
Includes mastered song and one revision if needed.
